7. Disconnect the EFP power cable on the EFP board and gently pull the PDB away from the power

supply connectors and the server board power connector. (“B”)

8. Lift the power distribution board from the chassis (“C”).

5.4.2 Installing the Power Distribution Board

1. Lower the replacement power distribution board (PDB) into place. (“A”)

2. Connect the PDB to the server board power connector and the power supply module connectors.

(“B”)

3. Make sure that the PDB is placed over the placement pegs and gently push down. (“C”)

4. Reconnect the EFP board power cable.

5. Re-install the PCI fan assembly and reconnect it.
