For information about port mapping for the 10GbE and 1GbE connections, see Figure 11 in the ‚Configuring

Switches subsection under Section 4.1.1.

The MS2900 platform ships with an RJ-45 to DB-9 adapter included in the box. Connect this adapter to the

console end of your RJ-45 cable when you connect to the console port on the front panel of either hub

faceplate (Figure 6, ‚2‛ or ‚7‛).

Figure 8 shows the location of the two 10GbE uplink ports and two 10GbE stacking ports (one of each for

each switch/ShMC hub).
